Addington Special School

We have developed a relationship with Addington Special School in Wokingham over many years, to the point where we are well-known to the children there. We have run day-long workshops including input from the Kora of Doudou Cissoko, Double Bass (Davide Mantovani), Cello (Jenny Adejayan), as well as the drums of Alicia Davies, Bucarr Ndow, and Mod’Lamine ‘Mox’ Cissokho. Addington’s children have a wide range of special needs and abilities, and they very much enjoy drumming, singing, and movement with us. We have spent a number of very special days in their company, as part of their annual Music events.
